Membrane Target Drug Discovery

We develop membrane-targeted therapeutics using electrophysiology-based ion channel activity measurement. Through patch clamp and high-throughput electrophysiology validation, we discover selective modulators of ion channels such as TRPV1, verifying efficacy and safety of sensory, pain and inflammatory disease treatments with real data.
