    Call For Abstracts

    The 8th Asian Pain Symposium (APS 2019) will be held in Songdo on Dec 5-7, 2019.

    We invite submissions from all contributing disciplines within pain research. 

    Abstract Submission

    The dealine for APS2019 abstract submission is November 8, 2019

    • - You must have completed advance registration before submitting an abstract.
    • - Each conference participant can only submit one abstract.
    • - Prepare your abstract in English as the example. The abstract must contain: title, names of authors, affiliated institutions, contact e-mail address, main text of abstract and keywords.
    • - The maximum number of characters for body is 2,500 (including the title, the names of authors, institutions, spaces, etc.)
    • - Abstracts may be changed only before November 15th. Give clear indication of re-submission by email. After November 15th no changes are permitted.

    Posters Format

    1. Poster number will be announced via e-mail before the Meeting.

    2. Time for poster set-up is 8:30-9:00am, December 6~7th, 2019, At the 2nd floor of the Activity center,

        Songdo Convensia lobby hall.

    3. The presentation time is 12:00 to 6:00 pm on December 6~7th, 2019. At least one author/presenter must

        be available for this session to discuss the project.

    4. You are responsible for ensuring your poster is suitable prepared for display.

    5. Please note that each accepted poster will be allocated at a space of 90 cm wide by 120 cm high.

    6. Posters must display the following: title, author(s), author affiliation, abstract, introduction, aims,

        methods, results and conclusion. Lettering should be large enough to make reading pleasant.

    7. There will be Best Poster Award for this symposium.


    APS2019 Abstract Receipt Confirmation: Upon successful submission, the submitting author will receive an acknowledgement via email. Lack of confirmation will indicate that the abstract was not received.
